Registered Veterinary Technician
Lena was born and raised in Southern California and has worked and lived in both Colorado and Hawaii during her veterinary career. With over two decades of technical experience in general practice and specialty medicine, she prides herself on providing quality care and being a positive, team-oriented professional.
She has managed several specialty departments throughout her career, including Emergency/Critical Care, Internal Medicine, and Oncology. Coming from a specialty and practice management background, Lena loves working alongside a great team. She is excited to be here as a lead technician for Santaluz Animal Care and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to excellence.
In her spare time, Lena enjoys painting, crafting, and cooking, as well as spending weekends at the soccer field with her two kids. A self-proclaimed “crazy cat lady,” she is proudly owned by two cats, Stella and Beetlejuice.
